I'd be more inclined to call the top of a T a "crossbar" than an "arm." The Latin letters with arms for me are EFKk (never quite sure about L!), maybe r.1 -

Make your numerators and denominators bigger. /three and /five look like they're floating (to me those lax bottom curves work better for oldstyle figures) and /nine is clearly misaligned. Sidebearing…1
